Hannah and Siobhan are the Co-Founders and Organisers of London Cocktail Week and founders of drinks consultancy HANDS. Working across the global drinks industry, they advise brands and independent businesses, contribute to international media, and judge leading industry awards around the world.
Dan Dove
Dan brings over 20 years of experience across beverage marketing, events, advocacy and bar operations. Formerly the World Class Manager for Diageo Reserve, he now leads Global Bartending, a global talent, events and strategy agency serving the luxury drinks industry.
